What are the special rate times?(Monday to Friday only)
Off-Peak: Mon–Fri 8AM –4PM. / Peak Hours: Mon-Fri 4PM- 10PM

Do I need to play pickleball to come to ChiPickle?
Not at all! While our main focus is pickleball, ChiPickle is also a community hub where members and guests can gather, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. Feel free to stop by even if you’re not playing—we’re always happy to welcome you.

Can I book courts in advance?
Yes! Courts can be reserved in advance directly through our website. We recommend booking early, as prime times tend to fill quickly.

Do I need to become a member to play pickleball at ChiPickle?
No membership is required—ChiPickle is open to everyone. If there are open times available, you’re welcome to book courts or join open play sessions. Membership, however, offers great benefits and exclusive discounts.

How much does playing cost?
Rates vary depending on the time of day and whether you are a ChiPickle member. Please visit our website for the most current pricing.

What is the duration of a court reservation?
Court reservations are available by the hour. The minimum is one hour and the maximum is two hours per booking.

How many people can I include on my reservation?
Each court reservation may include up to 8 players. We encourage you to invite your group in advance so everyone can complete the waiver online and get onto the courts faster.

What’s included in my court reservation?
A reserved court for the duration of your booking. Please bring your own paddles and balls, or you may rent or purchase them at our front desk.

What are the differences between the courts?
ChiPickle has 10 professional-grade indoor courts, all with high ceilings, sports lighting, and cushioned surfaces designed for competitive and recreational play.

Equipment

Do you have paddles for rent?
Yes! Paddles are available for rent at the front desk. ChiPickle members receive discounted or complimentary paddle rentals.

What should I wear?
We recommend athletic attire suitable for indoor sports. Non-marking court shoes are required to protect our floors.

Membership

Do I need to be a member to play at ChiPickle?
No, but membership comes with great perks, including discounts on court reservations, open plays, events, and pro shop purchases.

Clinics & Lessons

Are private lessons available?
Yes! You can book a private lesson with one of our professional coaches. Lessons can be added to a court reservation, or you may sign up for group classes on our website.

Are paddles provided in the classes?
Yes, paddles are provided for beginner classes.

Do you offer group lessons?
Yes. We have classes for all skill levels—from beginners to advanced players—as well as cardio pickleball and specialty clinics.

Events & Private Rentals

Can I book a private event or party at ChiPickle?
Yes! We love hosting private events, parties, and corporate outings. Contact us through our events page or email us at chipickle2025@gmail.com to start planning.

Do you host tournaments and social events?
Absolutely. We regularly host leagues, tournaments, and community socials. Check our website or follow us on social media for updates.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Members may receive additional cancellation flexibility as part of their benefits.

Do I need to sign a waiver to play?
Yes. All players must have a current waiver on file before entering the courts. Waivers can be completed online when you book, so there’s no delay when you arrive.
